THE ROLE

DEPT® is seeking an Executive Creative Director, LATAM, to lead and elevate creative excellence across the region while supporting continued commercial growth.

This role blends creative authority, senior client partnership, and regional team leadership. You will define the creative standard for LATAM, shape high-impact engagements and new business efforts, and build a thriving creative culture capable of sustaining rapid expansion.

As LATAM continues to grow within the integrated Americas structure, this role will serve as the region's senior creative voice, ensuring work is both culturally relevant and globally competitive.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Define and raise the creative standard across Brand, Experience, Commerce, and Product engagements.
  • Shape and oversee flagship projects, major pitches, and case-defining work.
  • Serve as senior creative partner in high-visibility client situations.
  • Ensure conceptual ambition and craft integrity remain strong during periods of rapid growth. Align LATAM creative output with global standards while preserving regional identity.

Client & Growth Partnership

  • Build trusted executive-level client relationships grounded in creative credibility.
