Director, Product Design at DigiCert

The role

The Product Design Director will lead a global team to set the design vision for DigiCert's intelligent trust platform and product verticals. This strategic leader will drive the adoption of AI-enabled workflows while ensuring high-quality craft across the entire product portfolio.

What you'll do

• Set a cohesive design vision across the Trust Lifecycle Manager and common platform
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and executable plans
• Oversee end-to-end design quality from discovery through production delivery
• Build customer feedback loops using qualitative research and product data
• Define the design function roadmap for AI-enabled and agentic workflows
• Hire and develop a geographically distributed team of designers

What you'll bring

• Ten or more years of experience in product design or UX disciplines
• Five or more years of experience leading and developing design teams
• Proven experience leading AI transformation and redesigning design workflows
• Deep expertise in complex B2B or enterprise SaaS product design
• Strong record of managing distributed teams across multiple time zones

Your impact

Success in this role will result in a more consistent and efficient customer experience across all DigiCert products. Design will become a primary driver of company strategy, influencing priorities through customer evidence and prototypes. The team will successfully scale AI-enabled workflows, increasing operational capacity while maintaining high standards of security and craft.
