We are looking for a Creative Director with strong hands-on creative leadership and app-first experience to lead creative across foodpanda, foodora, Yemeksepeti in 16+ markets.

This is not a traditional brand-only role. You will sit at the intersection of creative, product, and marketing, ensuring that our brand comes to life consistently across in-app experiences and marketing touchpoints.

You will lead a large regional creative team and drive the next phase of our evolution — building scalable creative systems, improving in-app creative quality, and introducing AI-powered production workflows.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead Creative Across In-App & Marketing Surfaces

  • Own the development of high-quality creative assets across:

    • in-app marketing placements (e.g. banners, carousels)
    • campaign and brand communication
  • Ensure strong, consistent brand expression across all markets and touchpoints

2. Bridge Brand and Product

  • Partner closely with Product and Design teams to ensure:

    • brand identity is effectively translated into product experiences
    • creative assets align with product UX and design systems

3. Build Scalable Creative Systems

  • Develop templates, frameworks, and governance to:

    • improve consistency across markets
    • enable faster and more efficient production
  • Standardize creative execution across regions and teams

4. Drive AI-Powered Creative Production

  • Introduce and scale AI and automation solutions for creative production

  • Focus on:

    • high-volume asset generation (e.g. performance marketing)
    • workflow automation
    • improving speed and efficiency at scale
  • Leverage data signals (e.g. performance metrics) to inform creative optimization

5. Lead and Develop a Regional Creative Team

  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (~35–40 creatives across regions)

6. Deliver Impact Through Creative Performance

  • Improve performance of creative outputs across channels, including:

Qualifications

Creative Leadership 

  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, including agency background and/or in-house leadership
  • Strong hands-on understanding of design, visual systems, and asset creation
  • Ability to lead creative work from concept to execution

App / Platform Experience 

  • Experience in mobile-first, product-led environments (e.g. marketplaces, platforms, consumer tech)
  • Exposure to: in-app marketing surfaces / collaboration with product and design team

AI & Creative Systems 

  • Experience implementing or scaling:

    • AI tools
    • automation workflows
    • high-volume creative production systems
       
  • Ability to translate creative needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Proven ability to work closely with:

    • product teams
    • growth / performance marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of how creative contributes to:

    • user journeys
    • engagement and conversion

Operational & Organizational Strength

  • Experience managing large, distributed teams
  • Ability to build structure, processes, and scalable ways of working
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions
