Job Description
Your tasks:
► Design of state-of-the-art solder joints (land patterns) considering manufacturing and lifetime aspects.
► Support for strategic topics.
► Collaboration with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally.
► Problem-solving related to manufacturing issues.
► Early involvement in product development.
Qualifications
► Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (MSc).
► Negotiation-level English language skills. German language is an advantage.
► Proficiency in 3D design software.
► Analytical and project-oriented thinking along with strong problem-solving skills.
► Confident attitude and independent decision-making.
► Attention to detail and precision in work.
