We're looking for a full-time Designer to join our Amsterdam studio. We're looking for a full-time Designer to join our Amsterdam studio. You'll design across everything from global advertising campaigns and branded content to social content, decks and original productions. We're looking for someone with exceptional visual instincts and an eye for art direction who obsesses over typography, layout, colour and detail, not just pushing pixels.

This is a hands-on, in-studio role working closely with our creative directors, producers, designers, and production team throughout the creative process.

ResponsibilitiesDesign visual concepts for commercials, branded content, social-first campaigns, and original productions.Transcreate and adapt campaign assets across markets, languages and formats, adjusting layout and type without losing the original creative intent.Build key art, storyboards, and presentation materials for pitches and campaigns.Develop and maintain design systems and templates that scale across multiple markets and platforms.Collaborate with creative directors and producers from concept through final delivery, bringing an art-directorial eye to every stage.Design and prototype digital assets, layouts, and UI elements in Figma.Localise and resize assets for platform-specific and regional versions.Prepare files for animation, motion, and final production handoff.Organize design files and maintain efficient creative workflows.Contribute creative ideas throughout production, not just at the design stage.Experience delivering content across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in design or related field.2-4 years of professional design experience, ideally at a creative or advertising agency.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Advanced proficiency in Figma.Experience with transcreation, localisation or multi-market design adaptation.Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling instincts.Strong understanding of brand identity, visual systems and art direction.Experience delivering content across digital, social and broadcast platforms.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Comfortable working on multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.Able to work full-time from our Amsterdam studio.

Nice to HaveExperience with After Effects or motion design.Illustration or 3D design skills.Photography or art direction background.Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows.

What You'll Work On

You'll help create work for international brands across advertising, PR, entertainment and social media, alongside original Zerotrillion productions including documentaries, live music sessions, interviews and digital series.Every project is different. Every design matters.
