Balance Designer (World of Tanks Console) at War Gaming

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Balance Designer to work on a World of Tanks Console game.

What will you do?

• Create collision models for new vehicles and edit collision models of existing vehicles;
   
• Set up armor values of vehicles in an internal editor and xml files;
   
• Communicate with 3D modelers, historical consultants, balance designers.

What are we looking for?

• English - B1 and higher;
   
• Very experienced World of Tanks player, excellent knowledge of game mechanics;
   
• Technical mindset and ability to think in 3D.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience working with 3D editors (Maya, 3D Max, Blender, etc.);
   
• Familiarity with game engines (Unreal, Unity, etc.).

Work mode

• Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
• This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
