We are looking for a Growth Designer at Liven. In this role, you will design, test, and iterate on web-based solutions that directly influence our key business metrics and elevate our brand’s digital presence.
🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?
Implement and maintain new web designs and e-commerce flows.
Drive the visual direction of websites: creating strong UI solutions, improving visual appeal, and ensuring consistency.
Work with CRO elements: modals, pop-ups, and promo blocks.
Improve and support existing Figma layouts and files.
Support and evolve the design system.
Collaborate with developers for successful design implementation: documenting technical specifications and performing UI quality assurance (QA) on finished solutions.
Generate hypotheses for A/B testing in collaboration with the team.
🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
You confidently work with Figma at a high level: you understand and use auto-layout, and work with components and variables.
1+ years of experience with websites: Multi-page sites, various concepts, and tasks (marketing, commercial, conversion-oriented).
Experience in product marketing tasks.
Desire to grow in the direction of Growth Design.
Strong UI taste: Your interfaces are convenient, clear, and look "wow."
Ability to generate design hypotheses and work with testing.
Clear and reasoned presentation of your solutions and appreciation for feedback.
Confident collaboration with developers to bring tasks to release.

Experience working with AI tools for visual generation (Midjourney, Freepik, etc.).
Understanding of user research and the ability to apply it in practice.
Experience working with Rive.
