Brand and Web Designer - DesignDev team at Wix

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Brand and Web Designer to join our Design Guild. In this role, you’ll:

• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team including designers, art directors, and technical designers (builders).
• Work on a wide range of collaborative projects that impact many different areas of the company. 
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape Wix’s global employer brand and employee experience, working alongside both internal teams and external Wix partners. 
• Work with an extensive range of mediums, primarily digital and web design, as well as print and physical assets such as conference branding and space design. 
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, AI tools, and technologies.

At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in branding and/or online design. 
• A great portfolio showcasing working experience in digital design and building brand identity systems. 
• Deep knowledge of Adobe’s suite and Figma (Photoshop, Motion, and After Effects skills – an advantage). 
• Skilled in both brand design and image creation for traditional, digital, and motion applications. 
• Illustration skills - an advantage. 
• Passionate about design from both a visual and content perspective.
