Role Overview

The Xin1 Mechanic Design Engineer will be responsible for the mechanical design and development of eAxle systems. This includes concept studies, requirement analysis, and detailed structural design for various eAxle components.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical concept studies, requirement analysis, and develop Statements of Requirements (SOR).
• Design mechanical structures for eAxle systems, including gearbox, motor interfaces, housing, and wheel systems.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings and manage related process development.
• Perform mechanical simulations, specifically Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Prepare product Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Focus Matrix.
• Lead technical reviews and manage communication with customers and suppliers.

Requirements Snapshot

• Master's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical development of automotive motor controllers for power electronics.
• Knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, mechanics, and auto-control.
• Basic understanding of automotive components and control systems.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and willingness to work in international teams.
