Your ResponsibilitiesAs Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design output of the Marketing function across digital, print and presentation formats.Your responsibilities will include:• Designing LinkedIn content, including single-image posts, carousels, documents and short-form video content• Creating recruitment campaign materials for multiple markets and languages• Designing and formatting tender, prequalification and capability documents• Creating professional presentation decks for client meetings, industry events and internal briefings• Selecting, editing and retouching project photography• Preparing photography briefs for project and site teams where required• Producing exhibition graphics, stand materials, signage and printed collateral• Designing branded merchandise and coordinating artwork with external suppliers• Developing infographics and technical diagrams explaining construction and concrete processes• Maintaining and developing BenBau's brand guidelines, template library and digital assets• Preparing print-ready artwork and managing files through to supplier delivery• Supporting internal communications and HSE campaign materialsYou will work closely with the Marketing Manager on content planning, project teams on photography and case-study materials, and colleagues across HR, HSE and Commercial functions.
AI & Generative DesignAI-assisted design will also form part of the role.We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable using modern AI image generation and editing tools as part of a professional design workflow.This may include:• Using ComfyUI and comparable AI image-generation tools• Building repeatable workflows for background replacement, object removal, upscaling and format adaptation• Using generative editing appropriately on project photography• Understanding when AI improves the final output — and when original photography should remain untouchedWhat We're Looking For
Essential:• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led work across both digital and print formats• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator• Excellent typography, layout and visual judgement• Ability to work effectively within an established brand identity• Experience preparing print-ready artwork and working with print suppliers• Working knowledge of AI image generation and editing tools• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality finished work with minimal revision• Fluent English, written and spokenDesirable ExperienceIt would be an advantage if you also have experience with:• Construction, engineering, industrial or B2B environments• ComfyUI, including node-based workflows, LoRAs, ControlNet and inpainting• Running AI image models locally• Premiere Pro or After Effects• Motion graphics and short-form video editing• Figma or Canva• Photography or photo direction, particularly within industrial environments• Designing specifically for LinkedIn and other professional social media channels
