Experience Designer

AVATR Global Design Center is looking for a strategic Experience Designer who thrives in the early “Discover & Define” phase, translating user insights into emotionally compelling and differentiated experiences. You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with Design Strategy, Design Research, Advanced Design, Systems Engineering, Innovation, and UX teams to shape early-stage experience directions
• Translate user research insights into meaningful emotional drivers and opportunity areas
• Identify and define key innovation opportunities that create strong emotional resonance with users
• Discover and articulate core “delight moments” that unlock differentiated experiences
• Structure winning experience concepts and define component behaviors in early “first read” experience frameworks
• Develop a broad range of creative directions around identified delight moments
• Curate holistic, multi-layered experience narratives by orchestrating detailed behaviors, interactions, and design elements into a cohesive user experience
• Shape clear, compelling experience visions that guide downstream UX and product development

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in UX / Interaction Design, Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience in UX, Brand, Experience, Innovation, or Product Design
• Ability to translate user research into emotionally compelling, experience-driven concepts
• Strong understanding of emotional design and user motivation
• Fluency in English; German and Chinese are a plus
• Experience in the luxury automotive industry is highly desirable
