Learning Solution DesignerLocation: Eindhoven / VeldhovenAssignment until 31st of April 2027Salary: € 6.500 + 13th month + profit sharing

IntroductionThe IT & Data sector targets continuous improvement in operational quality by establishing a framework of processes, standards, and guidelines. This is a temporary assignment to cover a maternity leave. As a Learning Solution Designer, you will support the IT & Data Learning & Knowledge Management team in the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of learning solutions that enable employee onboarding, capability development, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Role and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop digital learning solutions, e-learning modules, job aids, and learning journeys.Coordinate learning initiatives with subject matter experts across IT & Data.Support onboarding programs, early career programs, and professional development tracks.Manage end-to-end learning development activities from analysis through deployment.Create and maintain learning content in learning platforms and content authoring tools.Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and collect learning requirements.Track learning progress, adoption, and learner feedback.Support communication campaigns and learning spotlights promoting available learning offerings.Contribute to strategic initiatives requiring learning enablement and change support.Maintain learning documentation, learning paths, and curriculum structures.

Education and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree with solid experience or an equivalent working and thinking level.Broad knowledge of business processes, preferably within IT & Data.5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Design, and Instructional Design.Experience with Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360.Experience designing instructor-led and digital learning solutions.Experience working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.Experience managing multiple learning projects simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
