Marketing Graphic Designer at Pearl Abyss Europe

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands (onsite)

Pearl Abyss, the studio behind the critically acclaimed Black Desert and Crimson Desert franchise, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Graphic Designer who will join our design team to support our European Publishing Office. In this role, you will help create innovative marketing assets that engage millions of players across PC, mobile, and console platforms.

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with publishing and development teams to deliver impactful creative materials tailored to European audiences. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of both our current titles and upcoming releases, including DokeV, and PLAN 8.

What You'll Do

Create stunning visuals for paid campaigns, social banners, thumbnails, landing pages, newsletters, and print materialsLocalize the assets and adapt designs for European audiencesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve creative objectivesKeep branding sharp and consistent across every channelPrepare and optimize files for both digital deployment and print productionRetouch and polish images to perfectionBrainstorm fresh concepts and push creative boundariesDeliver powerful messages and visuals that connect players to our worldsWork closely with the video editing and motion design teams to create high-quality visuals for audiovisual contentCollaborate with the internal administration and HR teams to create assets and visuals for internal employee branding needs

Requirements

Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Illustration (or equivalent)5+ years' design experience (gaming industry a big plus)Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchyMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)A creative eye with attention to detailOpen to feedback, quick on deadlines, and ready to juggle multiple projectsFull professional proficiency in English
