We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team in Amsterdam and help shape user-centered travel experiences for a global audience. You will own design initiatives end to end, from early discovery and user research through delivery, developer handoff, and iteration, while acting as a key regional partner to our Shanghai HQ.

You bring a strong understanding of European user expectations, design sensibilities, and accessibility standards, and you’re equally comfortable collaborating across time zones, cultures, and disciplines. Your work will directly influence product strategy, design systems, and customer outcomes at scale.

This role requires regular collaboration with our Shanghai-based team, including occasional travel to HQ.

As part of the EU Design org, you'll contribute to defining our design principles, standards, and ways of working, while collaborating closely with global teams to deliver a cohesive and differentiated product experience.

What you'll Need to Succeed5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on large-scale, consumer-facing digital productsProven experience owning end-to-end design processes, from discovery through delivery and iterationA strong portfolio demonstrating: User-centered problem solving, business impact and outcomes (ideally supported by data or metrics), high-quality UX, UI, interaction, and visual designSolid experience working in cross-functional, agile product teamsStrong communication skills: able to present design decisions clearly to designers, engineers, product leaders, and executivesHigh proficiency with Figma and other prototyping workflowsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
