For an international organization within the premium fashion and lifestyle industry, we are looking for a Retail Concept Designer. You will join a globally recognized retailer with a strong focus on innovation, brand experience and customer engagement. Based at the European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will contribute to the development and implementation of retail and shop-in-shop concepts across the EMEA region.

Functieomschrijving
As a Retail Concept Designer, you will be responsible for translating global retail concepts into practical, scalable and commercially successful solutions for the EMEA market. You will work closely with teams across Design, Brand, Visual Merchandising and Store Development to ensure concepts are consistently implemented and aligned with business objectives.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and maintain store and shop-in-shop blueprints, guidelines and technical documentation;Translate concept designs into technically feasible and commercially effective retail solutions;Create visualizations, renderings, presentations and design proposals for internal stakeholders;Advise on technical feasibility, functionality, sustainability and cost optimization;Support the implementation and continuous development of new retail concepts across EMEA.
In addition, you will contribute to improving existing concepts, gather feedback from regional markets and help define standards and processes that support efficient concept rollouts.
Functiecriteria
We are looking for a creative professional who can successfully combine design expertise with technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field;At least 1 year of experience in retail design, store development, architecture or concept development;Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and rendering software;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Experience within an international retail environment is considered a strong advantage. You are detail-oriented, proactive and capable of turning creative ideas into practical and effective solutions.
