Transformation Consultant and Conversational AI Designer

At Elephants in the Room, we believe the solutions to a company’s biggest challenges lie within its own employees. However those insights don’t always reach management. We’re developing the world’s first AI-powered platform designed to interview every member of an organization, using advanced LLM (Large Language Model) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) technology to uncover root causes and crowdsource actionable solutions.

You can see us as a management consultancy based on LLM technology, with a key difference that we believe that the employees already know the solutions and we bring out the employee's knowledge to all their colleagues and management. We do this by bringing the best of online surveys and the ability to do in-depth interviews like human consultants on a variety of organizational topics.

Who you are:You have 5+ years of experience in Transformation Consultancy or Change Management.You think in systems. You ask the sixth question when everyone else stopped at the fifth. You're the person in the room who notices what isn't being said.You’re an interview system designer. You’ve built and tested multi-step LLM conversations, translating interviewing principles into prompts, branching logic, and structured outputs. You know that effective AI dialogue requires systematic evaluation, not just clever prompting.

Qualifications:A relevant master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Five or more years in organizational transformation, diagnosis, or qualitative research.Hands-on experimentation with LLM tools and the ability to translate interviewing methods into logical, testable conversational workflows.Strong experience conducting semi-structured interviews in complex and large organizations.Ability to translate organizational evidence into credible advice for senior leaders.This is an onsite-first role in Eindhoven (4+ days/week). We're looking for someone already based in the region or with concrete ties to it.

What You’ll Do:Design how the conversations work: Using visual, low-code tools, you'll map the logic that guides our AI through deep, unstructured employee interviews. You decide when it probes deeper, when it holds space, and when it redirects.Psychological Prompt Engineering: Write and refine LLM prompts that keep our AI interviewer empathetic, unbiased, and adaptable to complex emotional responses.Drive Systemic Change: Shape how our platform analyzes thousands of transcripts, turning messy, deeply human data into actionable, root-cause insights that transform enterprise cultures.Enterprise Client Advising: Engage directly with senior management at large organizations (500+ FTE). You won't just build the AI, you'll help leaders interpret the systemic issues it uncovers.
