Graphic Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing compelling visual communication materials that strengthen our organization's brand identity and market presence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive, innovative graphics for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints while contributing to our organization's overall success and visibility.

• Design and create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for print and digital channels, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional content
• Develop and maintain brand consistency by adhering to established graphic charter guidelines and design standards across all organizational communications
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into polished visual designs
• Utilize industry-standard design software to produce high-quality deliverables that meet project specifications and deadlines
• Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to keep our visual communications fresh, innovative, and competitive
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, organization, and quality standards
• Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating constructive feedback and making data-driven design decisions
• Optimize digital assets for various platforms and devices, ensuring responsive and visually appealing presentations
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and actively participate in team discussions to enhance overall design strategy
• Stay current with design tools, software updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, visual communication, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software; experience with UI/UX design tools is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital mediums
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working collaboratively in team environments and cross-functional project teams
• Proficiency in digital asset management and file organization systems
• Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate designs based on stakeholder input
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Preferred: Experience in corporate branding, marketing communications, or related industries
• Preferred: Familiarity with web design, motion graphics, or video editing software
