Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Design Executive / Freelance to join our creative team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs for both print and digital media.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, websites, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications
- Design engaging infographics, illustrations, and icons to enhance visual storytelling
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new design initiatives
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creative softwares
- Strong typography and layout skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Solid understanding of print and digital design principles
- Ability to create and implement brand guidelines and visual identities
- Familiarity with web design principles
- Video editing and motion graphics skills (preferred)
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and learn new design techniques
- Creativity and enthusiasm for pushing design boundaries and exploring innovative solutions
Additional Information
Prior experience in Hospitality is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
