Responsible for the features of your team:
- Writing feature specifications based on the Functional Architecture Document
- Defining Acceptance Criteria in agreement with the business
- Testing and Validating the features implemented by the team
- Demonstrating the features during the various SAFe ceremonies
Managing the team's backlog:
- Attending Capability socialization meetings, presenting the topics to the implementation team, and validating feasibility
- Estimating features with the team
- Prioritizing features for PI Planning
- Facilitating PI Planning
- Managing plan changes during the PI
Reporting / Progress monitoring:
- Monitoring the progress of features
- Escalating potential blocking issues
- Participating in various follow-up meetings (PO Sync, Daily Stand-up, etc.)
Qualifikationen
Technical Skills
- CAO Designer (3DExperience, CATIA V5)
- Knowledge of SAFe, and more specifically its Airbus OnePlatform version
- PLM
