Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled PDMS/E3D Piping Designer to take ownership of key plant areas and deliver high-quality, installable piping solutions. 🔧🏭

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing safe, efficient, and maintainable piping systems & plant layouts ⚙️
Creating robust pipe support designs 🛠️
Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, specifications, and instructions 📋
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise overall plant design 🤝
Producing detailed engineering deliverables including:

• Isometrics 📐
• General Arrangements (GAs) 🗂️
• Support Details 🔩

Reviewing and checking other designers’ deliverables to maintain quality and consistency 👀✔️

Qualifications

🎯 An experienced PDMS/E3D Designer with strong expertise in:

• Piping design 🛠️
• Generating automated isometric drawings directly from 3D models 📐💻

🏭 Proven experience delivering piping design within a highly regulated industry

📚 Strong knowledge of:

• UK Statutory Regulations 🇬🇧
• Industry codes, guides, and engineering standards relevant to the discipline ✔️

Additional Information

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
