The role

Proxima Fusion is seeking a Senior Stellarator Design Scientist to lead the development of 3D magnetic fields for plasma confinement. This role involves designing reactor-relevant configurations that balance physics performance with engineering and economic feasibility.

What you'll bring

• PhD or research Master's in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

• Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous environments.
