The role

The Product Design Engineer leads the design, development, and validation of hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies and fittings. This role ensures products meet rigorous performance and safety standards while supporting manufacturing efficiency and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Design hydraulic and pneumatic hose components and assembly systems
• Develop crimp and swage specifications and manufacturing processes
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software
• Oversee product verification tests including burst and leak testing
• Provide technical support to production and quality teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement design improvements

What you'll bring

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in hose assembly design
• Proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD software applications
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and fluid dynamics
• Experience with crimping and swaging manufacturing processes
