电动压缩机机械设计工程师Mechanical Design Engineer_PS-TS(上海） at Bosch Group

Job Description

Responsible for design review, design release and design change management of 3D/2D/BOM/technical documents of the responsible components;
Responsible for metal structure design concept definition and its optimization acc. to defined design target;
Responsible for design robustness verification;
Responsible to fulfill the design tasks defined by lead design engineer;
Responsible for technical definition and design on test sample, test fixture and test bench;
Responsible for problem solving during design development ;
Responsible for technical requirement releasing towards supplier and make technical approvement in PPAP;
Support leader design engineer to structure and maintain the product’s design guideline;
Support V&V engineers to structure the validation plan, and TCD specification;
Cooperate with cross-functional dep. to fulfill the dev. target of eCOM platform; 

Qualifications

(mandatory) Mechanical, Mechatronic or Thermal Technology background. BS degree up.
(mandatory) Have more than 5 years’ experience in aluminum die casting components design;
(Preferred) Exp. in refrigerant system in automobile field is preferred
(mandatory) Have deep knowhow on aluminum die casting manufacture process
Familiar with DRBFM, DFMEA
Familiar with CAD software: like NX/TC and PDM software: like SAP
Familiar with cooperation w/ cross engineering functional team, such as simulation, sample shop, etc;
Good at working in an international and technically demanding environment
Motivative and strong ownership;
(mandatory) Good English in oral and writing;
