Job Description

• Development and detailing of automotive components and assemblies; 
• Design and development of components related to braking systems; 
• Preparation, review, and update of technical drawings and product documentation; 
• 3D modeling and product development using CAD tools; 
• Analysis of interfaces, tolerances, fits, and assembly requirements; 
• Participation in product changes and improvements, focusing on performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability; 
• Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and suppliers; 
• Technical support during product prototyping, validation, and industrialization phases. 

 

Qualifications

• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field; 
• Experience in automotive product development, preferably involving braking systems; 
• Solid knowledge of technical drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and manufacturing processes; 
• Experience in mechanical component modeling and detailing; 
• Technical English proficiency, with the ability to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and standas; 
• Knowledge of CATIA will be considered a strong advantage; 
• Familiarity with product development tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA will be considered an advantage.
