Applied Labs is seeking a creative professional to own the company's web and brand surfaces from concept to production. This role involves designing and building high-quality UI directly in code while setting the aesthetic standard for the brand.

What you'll do

• Own the web and brand surfaces from initial concept to final production
• Design and build production-quality UI directly in code with excellent typography
• Create reusable components and templates to increase consistency and speed
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline for on-brand design assets and motion graphics
• Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate coding and creative asset production
• Partner with founders to set the visual quality bar and execute launches

• Proven experience shipping polished customer-facing web experiences
• Fluency in both design and frontend implementation to eliminate handoffs
• Deep attention to detail regarding typography and interaction feel
