Software Engineer - Instructional Design

Role Overview

This role involves creating and designing engaging online courses and learning materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accurate content aligned with learning objectives. The position requires a focus on learner engagement and adherence to digital learning standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and designing online courses, including multimedia elements, assessments, and interactive activities.
• Develop creative, interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, software simulations, and assessments.
• Ensure all instructional materials are of high quality, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Perform reviews of digital learning modules and training materials, providing effective feedback.
• Ensure adherence to specified digital learning standards and writing guides.
• Document stringent version control across all created learning assets.

Requirements Snapshot

• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or a related role.
• Proficiency in Instructional Designing/Storyboarding.
• Understanding of instructional design and training theories.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 software (Word, PowerPoint etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, customers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
