Job Description
The Senior Product Designer drives the vision and execution of high-impact design solutions.
This position involves leading design initiatives, mentoring team members, and shaping the user
experience strategy across products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from discovery to delivery.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across the entire product(s)
- Partner with leadership to define product vision, user experience goals, and design
- strategies, translating product goals into innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with ux research to gather
- insights, identify potential pain points, and advocate for user needs.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, setting standards for consistency,
- scalability, and accessibility. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and
- mid-level designers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking
- opportunities to improve our design processes and deliverables.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability
- to deliver impactful solutions (bonus points if you are familiar with B2B applications)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch etc. (We use Figma)
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing
- Exceptional understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards,
- and usability best practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile workflows (especially Scrum) and experience with project
- management tools such as Jira.
- Proven expertise in designing, maintaining, and evolving design systems, along with
- developing thoughtful and scalable reusable components.
- Bonus points if you’re an active member of the design community.
