Job Description

As a Creative Designer, you’ll be an integral part of our hybrid creative team, working across diverse disciplines such as photo editing and graphic design. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple creative units within the Marketing department to ensure a consistent and high-quality visual output across all channels.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Producing finished design work for exhibitions and conferences (Print brochures, invitations, basic animations, and branded goods).
  • Supporting the Creative Design team across Marketing, in executing larger design projects under their direction but also able to work independently.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of corporate logo, colours, templates, and signatures in line with the corporate guidelines.
  • Actively participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives, ideas, and concepts on a variety of exhibition projects and events.
  • Understanding briefs, challenging and seeking clarifications when needed to improve the overall project.

 

Collaboration & Teamwork
 

  • To work closely with other members of the Marketing Team to assist in developing storyboards, as well as deliver creative and original ideas.
  • Contribute to an effective, efficient, and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are followed.
     

Research & Ad-hoc Duties
 

  • Undertake research to keep up with new trends, as well as provide reports on improvements and new ideas.
  • Undertake project-specific roles for any marketing productions that need specific assistance or ownership.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Creative Field, covering the fundamentals of Videography & Photography
  • 4years+ in the creative field
  • Previous agency experience or in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment would be advantageous.
  • Skilled in the complete Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, & Premiere Pro
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with current trends in colour, technology, communications, art, and other design influences
  • Good communication skills
  • Takes critique constructively and uses feedback to improve creative output.
