Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Content Manager Development and Design & Technical Services coordinates and produces content for the Development and Design & Technical Services departments for ENA PME scope. The role requires strong organisational skills, strategic vision, and a communication‑driven mindset. The Content Manager ensures all content supports the Development and D&TS business needs, aligns with the ENA communications strategy and voice, and is tailored to Accor’s diverse audiences.
MAIN COMPLEXITY / CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB:
- Translate Development and D&TS department business objectives into a strong communication strategy for internal and external audiences
- Increase visibility for the departments and their key deliverables within ENA by implementing a clear content strategy in line with ENA Communications guidelines
- Foster communications best practices and be the bridge between the Development and D&TS departments and ENA Communications department
TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Content Strategy Development: Design and implement a robust content strategy that supports department internal and external business objectives
- Content Creation and Repurposing: Collaborate with the department leads and key stakeholders in preparing the key messaging and opportunities; create and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content for each channel requirements and audience needs
- Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar for the Development and D&TS departments, including identifying opportunities and topics for amplification at a local, regional or global level; keep track of progress and ensure timely delivery of content produced and distributed
- Content Management: Review all content and ensure it is suitable and optimised for each channel specifications and audience preferences, including tone, messaging, company or legal guidelines. Ensure 360° communications audience and prioritisation mindset
- Campaign Management: Lead on key content campaign management to boost Development and D&TS visibility externally, in particular for existing and potential Partners
- Content Library: Build and maintain content library with key facts and figures related to Development and D&S ENA PME for internal and external use
- Social Media C-Profiling: Contribute to the ENA PME Social Media C-profiling strategy for respective senior leaders
- Strategic Planning and Influence: Contribute to the wider ENA Communications master planning to ensure simultaneous and aligned messaging across all channels to increase the impact and visibility for the departments
- Content Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with other content managers, communication team members or other departments, to ensure content supports broader business objectives and campaigns
- Content Performance Analysis: Monitor progress and success of campaigns and Development and D&TS communication by applying existing or new monitoring tools; provide feedback and adjust strategy where necessary

- Ability to identify and create core messages in line with the department and company strategy
- Highly organised with ability to work in a matrixed organisation
- No stranger to managing multiple projects and stakeholders with good problem-solving skills
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Proficiency in English
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience of creating or managing content for various formats such as email, website, social, events, etc.
Additional Information
Bachelor’s Degree in communications/media/journalism/social media/marketing
3+ year experience in a communications, brand or marketing communications role
