The role

This role involves taking full ownership of high-voltage commutation cells for New Energy Vehicles from conceptual design to series production readiness. The engineer manages technical specifications, costs, and timing while ensuring seamless integration across hardware, software, and mechanical domains.

What you'll do

• Design high-voltage commutation cells from concept to series production readiness
• Translate customer requirements into detailed system specifications across all domains
• Manage the timing, cost, and technical specifications of the commutation cell
• Integrate hardware, software, and mechanical components through cross-domain collaboration
• Evaluate and select power modules and semiconductor chips for vehicle systems
• Coordinate the planning and analysis of validation and qualification processes

What you'll bring

• Degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in power electronics
• In-depth knowledge of power semiconductors and high-power switching supplies
• Comprehensive understanding of hardware, system, and mechanical interfaces
• Mandatory fluency in English with strong proactive communication skills
