We create infrastructure for real connection: ways to signal mutual interest, invite people back, and weave new faces into existing circles. We don't optimize away awkwardness or pretend friendship is effortless. We create conditions where people remember that every deep friendship started with two strangers choosing to show up—and then showing up again.
