We handle the full back office stack end to end, flexibly: legal structuring, investor onboarding, KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits.

We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to pre-IPO. This includes household names like OpenAI and SpaceX but also new companies focusing on tons of cool things like:

• Next-gen micronuclear reactors
• Atmospheric CO₂ removal at gigaton scale
• Asteroid mining
