We are hiring AI and software engineers for one of the hardest problems left in AI: making machines understand physical products. Text is solved. Code is solved. The physical world is not. MAiQ reads 3D CAD, 2D drawings, BOMs and ERP data and answers what a part should cost and how to make it. That closes the gap between design and production, early enough to change it. Every year over $12 trillion of industrial purchasing is negotiated, most of it blind. Both sides get the same ground truth: real market and manufacturing costs. The same engine automates change management for cost and CO2. Better material use, processes and logistics make this one of the largest untapped climate levers. WHAT YOU WOULD BUILD Read a drawing the way a 30-year engineer does. Symbols, tolerances, intent. No public dataset exists, so we build the ground truth. Reason over geometry. Feature recognition in a CAD model is a geometry problem no prompt solves. Model cost as physics and economics at once. Material, process, tooling, geography. We make it deterministic. Same input, same number, every time. Language models cannot do this alone, so we do the research that gets us there. The whole stack is ours. CAD engine, drawing analysis, cost engine, knowledge graph. LLM-agnostic, fully data-sovereign. No wrapper. No demo-ware. In production in automotive and industry.
