To strengthen our multidisciplinary team of creative thinkers and makers, we are looking for a Senior Designer. Someone who can shape experiences that connect human needs, business goals and creative ambition.

The WorkDesign creative concepts based on client briefs, research and/or strategic directions. Design award-worthy brand identities and digital experiences Work closely with our directors innovation, strategy and futures to visualise the desired states of our clients’ possible future — ranging from mockups for products, services, communication and brand content. Mentor and inspire junior designers within the team Work closely with specialists in motion design, product design, video production and service design to ensure quality and excellence in production. Support with creative work in the context of sales and business development Present your designs (brand identity concepts, design systems, user experience prototypes) to clients with solid arguments, confidence, and persuasiveness

Requirements7+ years of experience in a design agency with a reputation for brand identities, digital experience and/or conceptual design Strong portfolio showing experience and knowledge across digital products, digital services, branding, marketing and content Proficiency in Figma and gen-AI tools like Midjourney, Veo and Sora for images and video Experience with pitching concept and using client feedback to improve and refine Fluent in English and Dutch
