Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Visual Designer to join our University Marketing & Sales Enablement team.

In this role, you will help shape how Studyportals shows up to universities and partners globally. You will design clear, professional, and engaging materials that support our B2B marketing, including thought leadership, demand generation, events, and sales enablement.This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys both creating strong visual work and understanding the purpose behind it. You will work closely with marketers, content specialists, sales colleagues, and other stakeholders to translate business goals, audience needs, and campaign ideas into effective visual concepts and deliverables.

RequirementsWe are looking for someone who has:Around 3-4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, marketing design, or a similar roleExperience creating marketing, communications, or thought-leadership materials for professional audiences. Experience in a B2B marketing environment is a strong plus.Good knowledge of layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency. Experience creating motion, video, or animation assets is a plus.Confidence working with stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions where needed, and shape a strong design briefA collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and openness to feedbackThe ability to work independently, organise your own workload, and prioritise based on impact and urgencyExperience using AI-supported design or productivity tools to support ideation, image generation, layout exploration, or efficient executionExcellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
