What do we do?
As a Visual Designer, you will lead the end-to-end creation, design, and production of high-impact visual marketing assets for our B2B key partners and channels. In this role, you will serve as the primary design specialist within the B2B team, transforming strategic marketing concepts into striking physical and digital colateral, ranging from flyers, print ads, and brochures to promotional videos etc.

We are looking for a resourceful creative expert who brings deep visual expertise to the table. You are someone with a "can-do" attitude when it comes to deliveries, capable of taking full ownership of the creative process, solving visual challenges independently, and finding effective ways to execute sales and marketing needs across multiple formats under tight production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Creative execution: lead the visual design and production of marketing collateral for B2B channels, key accounts, and promotional campaigns.
• Multi-media asset creation: design and adapt print ads, flyers, brochures, roll-ups, digital catalogs, promotional videos, animated banners, and presentation decks.
• Format optimization: find effective ways to adapt visuals across physical and digital channels while maintaining high visual impact.
• Partner brand adaptation: custom-design materials to meet specific co-branding guidelines and requirements for key B2B partner accounts.
• Quality control: ensure all generated artwork maintains high visual standards, alignment, and adherence to internal brand guidelines.
• Team alignment: partner closely with the Trade Marketing team, and BDMs / Commercial Managers to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual formats.
