Job Description

We are looking for a talented HMI UX Designer to help shape the future of human-machine interaction in port equipment and systems. You will design intuitive and engaging user interfaces used in real-world environments. As part of a global design team, you will collaborate closely with our in-house designers.

Focus: UX design for HMI products

Key areas of responsibility

  • Design and develop user interfaces for HMI systems.
  • Conduct user and customer research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to gather requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Create user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Maintaining HMI designs in Figma design system.
  • Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Ensure that designs drive UX harmonization and comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications

 

  • 2–4 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in industrial HMI, embedded UI, automotive, or similar domains.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe.
  • Understanding of user-centered design and Agile methodologies, familiarity with Qt or similar technologies is an advantage.
  • Experience using AI tools in the design process is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
  • Master’s degree in UX design or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in international teams.
  • Willingness to travel.
