Job Description

We're working with Utrecht-based SaaS company building the platform that hotels, restaurants and hospitality groups use to run their day-to-day operations - from front-desk and reservations to guest communication and back-office reporting. Their product is used by hospitality businesses across Europe to save time, reduce manual work, and deliver a better guest experience. They're a growing, product-led team that cares as much about the people using our product as we do about the code and pixels behind it.

As their UX/UI Designer, you'll shape how hospitality staff experience the platform - often people working on their feet, mid-shift, with guests waiting. That means designing for clarity, speed, and confidence, not just visual polish. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers, from early discovery through to shipped features, and you'll have real influence over both the product and how we design it.

Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff to engineeringTalk directly to users - hotel staff, restaurant managers, front-desk teams - to understand real workflows and pain pointsDesign and evolve our design system so the product stays consistent as it growsPrototype and test ideas quickly, then iterate based on feedback and usage dataCollaborate closely with product and engineering to make sure what ships matches what was designed - and that it's actually usable in a busy, real-world hospitality settingHelp build a strong design culture as one of the first dedicated designers on the team

The OfferUp to €6k, dependent on interview process/experienceHybrid working - flexible balance between our Utrecht office and remote workReal ownership over product design decisions, not just visual executionLearning budget for courses, conferences, and design toolsPension contribution and travel allowanceA team that genuinely enjoys what it builds, and the industry it builds it for
