We're looking for a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our telecom organization in Lisboa, Portugal. In this role, you'll design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products and platforms that serve millions of customers. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that drive business impact in the telecommunications sector.

  • Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define requirements, scope, and implementation strategies for new features and products.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously improve user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and are optimized for performance across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the telecom and digital product industries.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps that streamline navigation and drive conversion.

  • Experience in developing modern, responsive web interfaces and native mobile layouts.

  • A solid track record in digital product design (Web and Mobile).

  •  Advanced proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.

  • Ability to iterate designs effectively based on real feedback and data.

  • Practical knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure seamless communication with the engineering team.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
