The role
At Legora, we’re building the category-defining AI product for legal work. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll operate at the highest level of our design org. You’ll shape how the entire product fits together, drive strategy for our most complex problem spaces, and set the standard for design quality across the company.
You’ll partner directly with leadership in design, product, and engineering to define where we’re going, while still rolling up your sleeves to deliver best-in-class interaction and visual design. This is a role for a designer who thrives on solving hard problems and multiplying the impact of the whole team.
What you will be doing:
Lead design across multiple product areas, ensuring coherence and clarity at the system level.
Shape product strategy: frame the hardest problems, influence roadmaps, and push for bold but practical solutions.
Set and evolve the quality bar for design craft, accessibility, and usability across Legora’s product.
Partner with engineering and product leadership to make tradeoffs that preserve experience while shipping fast.
Explore entirely new product directions, from zero-to-one ideas to scaled launches.
Who you are
Extensive product design experience with a track record of shipping complex, high-impact products.
Exceptional craft in interaction and visual design, combined with the ability to connect details to strategy.
Comfortable working in complex domains and navigating ambiguous problem spaces.
Skilled at moving seamlessly between hands-on design and high-level product thinking.
Strong communication skills: you inspire confidence across product, engineering, and leadership.
