Day-to-day tasks:Planning and conducting research sessions (interviews, observations) with co-workers (SFO Specialists, planners, TSPs)Facilitating co-creation workshops with product teams and stakeholders across Transport capabilitiesBuilding and iterating journey maps and service blueprintsSynthesizing research findings into actionable insights and design recommendationsCollaborating with our Senior Product UX Designer on aligning service design outputs with product-level UI/interaction design decisionsDocumenting and presenting findings to product stakeholders and leadership at key milestonesCoordinating across multiple product teams to ensure a coherent cross-capability experience
