NEXTON is seeking a Service Designer for a permanent position based in Paris to work on-site with a key client. The role focuses on bridging the gap between user needs and internal processes through research, mapping, and prototyping.
The Service Designer will make invisible service elements visible by mapping touchpoints and internal processes, ensuring that service delivery is both innovative and aligned with stakeholder goals.
