Role Overview

As a Senior UX Researcher & Strategist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to shape product and service direction, de-risk high-ambiguity bets, and advocate for the user's voice. You will design and lead research and strategy projects that unearth meaningful insight and translate it into clear direction for what to build next.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic research initiatives, owning end-to-end work streams from scoping to insight delivery.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, operations, and business teams to shape experiences.
• Lead generative, future-facing research to uncover unmet needs and new opportunity areas.
• Apply rigorous, strategic methods, prioritizing opportunity discovery and desirability validation.
• Translate research into strategic narratives, opportunity frames, and future-state strategies.
• Create and prototype concepts, value propositions, and service scenarios for development direction.
