Senior UX Designer at Huxley

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a highly visible global programme focused on transforming the international shipping experience.International shipping is becoming increasingly complex, with changing customs regulations, duties, taxes and documentation requirements. In this role, you'll help turn that complexity into intuitive digital experiences that enable customers worldwide to ship with confidence.

What you'll do

Design end-to-end customer experiences across the international shipping journeyWork across multiple products, touchpoints and teams within a complex digital ecosystemTranslate regulatory and operational complexity into simple, user-friendly solutionsCollaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, Operations and Business stakeholders globallyDrive strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on with flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designExplore AI-powered approaches to accelerate design and innovation

What we're looking for

✅ 10+ years of Product Design / UX Design experience

✅ Experience designing complex digital products and ecosystems

✅ Strong end-to-end journey thinking and stakeholder management skills

✅ Advanced Figma skills

✅ Experience working in Agile environments

✅ Logistics, transportation or supply chain experience is a plus
