Senior Product Designer, Platform at Kaizen Labs

The role

This role owns the Canopy design system and shared platform at Kaizen to ensure software for federal agencies scales effectively. You will lead the creation of reusable modules and patterns that power modern applications for millions of Americans.

What you'll do

• You will manage the Canopy design system including components and documentation.
• You will design every module and shared product surface within the platform.
• You will determine which patterns become shared features versus one-off solutions.
• You will establish the platform design roadmap and team contribution processes.
• You will implement system updates across live products without disrupting users.
• You will collaborate with platform engineers to build and ship components.
