Joining Us, You Will

Own end-to-end UX for a specific product area once team/pod assignments are finalized — from discovery through shipped featureContribute meaningfully to evolving Nelly's design system/design language for consistency across the productHelp move core product metrics (conversion, task completion) through better UX in owned flowsSupport the design team's process and structure as it scales

What You'll Bring

End-to-end product design craft: UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI, from discovery through implementationComfortable owning ambiguity and driving decisions with limited guidance in a fast-moving startup environmentStrong collaboration with PMs and engineers — can work directly from problem statement to shipped featureContributes to and helps evolve a design system/design language, not just uses oneExperience Scope (Seniority): 3+ years in product design roles, including some in a scale-up/high-growth environmentComfortable in a small team with high individual ownership (little hand-holding, few layers of review)
