Skill Requirements
Lead the problem-solving process for complex product challenges, translating business goals and user needs into innovative design solutionsConduct user research and leverage insights to guide design decisionsApply design thinking across all stages of product developmentCreate high-quality prototypes, visual assets, and seamless user experiencesDevelop and maintain innovative design strategies aligned with business objectivesEnsure the design vision is consistent and supports overall product goals
Capabilities / Qualifications
Strong Visual Design skills with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, detailed workExpertise in Design Thinking and applying it to solve complex challengesExperience in User and UX Research, translating insights into actionable designProven Product and UX Design skills, combining functionality with aestheticsExcellent teamwork and communication skills for collaboration across disciplinesAbility to work efficiently in a hybrid environmentFamiliarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience designing AI-enhanced or human-centered products is a plusLanguages: Fluency in German, Spanish, Norwegian, or other European languages is a strong plus
