About FixicoFixico is a fast-growing car damage repair platform, backed by world-class investors and scaling across Europe. Leasing companies, fleet and rental operators, and insurers trust us to manage their repairs at scale, from global brands to local players.We're on a steep upward trajectory. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape what's next.

The roleYou'll work at the intersection of design and engineering. You own complex, end-to-end product flows across our repairer-facing and customer-facing surfaces. You collaborate closely with frontend engineers to bring designs into production. You think in systems, work confidently in Figma, and understand enough about how the web works to keep your designs buildable.

You'll be the dedicated designer within one of our product teams. You own the experience for that team's domain and contribute to the shared design system that keeps our products consistent. You work closely with the product tri: product manager, engineering lead, and you, to set direction together. You translate company strategy into clear design opportunities and help raise the bar for how we build products at Fixico.

You'll sit at the intersection of design and engineering, where you'll own the design of complex product flows while working closely with our frontend engineers to bring them to life.

What we're looking for5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a SaaS, marketplace, or platform scale-up, with a good grasp of how business culture and processes shape the workA strong systems thinker who stays pragmatic: you structure complexity, design for scale, make smart trade-offs, and ship rather than chase perfectHands-on experience with design systems and component-based design, fluent in Figma and component librariesStrong interaction and UX skills: you design with logic and intent, not just aestheticsA technical mindset: you understand frontend concepts (HTML, CSS, component architecture) and design accordinglyYou use AI in your design process for rapid mockups, exploration, and speeding up the day-to-dayComfortable in agile product teams, owning a domain end-to-end, and a clear communicator who can explain decisions and push back when it matters
