Senior Product Designer, T&E at Brex

The role

As a Senior Product Designer at Brex, you will lead the design direction for the Travel and Expenses team to simplify complex financial workflows. You will turn ambiguous problems into intuitive experiences that help customers manage spending and compliance with high clarity and quality.

What you'll do

• Own the design direction and roadmap for core travel and expense product areas
• Translate loosely defined problems into clear milestones and shippable product increments
• Define underlying system models and states to ensure consistency across product surfaces
• Plan and execute research to validate design decisions with customer data
• Design AI-assisted experiences for automated expense management and compliance tasks
• Mentor other designers through feedback and contributions to the design system

• Strong portfolio of shipped product work involving complex workflows or systems
• Experience leading ambiguous product initiatives from definition through execution
• Proficiency in UX, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking
• Proven ability to partner closely with engineering and product management teams
