Key Responsibilities

Lead UX design across the full product development cycle, from concept to visual and interaction design Use concepts and prototypes to communicate design ideas and advocate for the best user experience Turn user insights into human-centered solutions through regular evaluation of product usability with customers and stakeholders Take full ownership of design from initial prototype to final implementation, proactively identifying and resolving challenges Engage directly with customers for validation and insights, skillfully translating those insights into user-friendly designs Stay ahead of industry trends, actively grow your skills, and share knowledge across teams and R&D units

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in design or proven equivalent experience in the field2–5+ years of proven experience as a product designerExpert proficiency in Figma and demonstrated experience working with design systemsExcellent English communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentExperience evaluating and validating product usability with customers to enhance products and processesMeet your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam

Our Benefits & Rewards

The salary range for this position is 69,100 to 100,000. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
